Products and Services

At LemonPip Renewed, I offer two main categories of products and services:

1. Lampshades: Custom-made and bespoke lampshades to suit your unique style and needs.

2. Furniture: Custom and commission-based upcycling and restoration of vintage furniture.

 

Ordering Process Lampshades:

• Custom lampshades can be ordered directly through the website.

• Bespoke lampshade orders are handled via email, followed by an invoice for payment.

 

Furniture:

• Custom and commission orders are processed through email, followed by an invoice for payment.

 

Account Creation

Creating an account is optional and not required to place an order.

 

Payment Methods

I accept all major credit cards and other convenient payment gateways. Klarna is also available for flexible payment options.

For lampshades, full payment is required at the time of order.

For furniture, a 50% deposit is required upon design agreement, with the remaining 50% due upon completion before shipment.

 

Pricing

Prices are determined based on the materials required, estimated hours to complete the product, and a profit margin. All prices are final and taxes are not included. Please note that I do not charge UK VAT as I am a solopreneur and do not run a Limited company. International orders may be subject to customs charges, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Shipping and Delivery

• UK: Primarily shipped via Royal Mail unless specified otherwise.

• International: Shipped via reputable international couriers with tracking and insurance. Shipping fees apply to all orders. International shipping is available. Returns and

 

Refunds Custom Lampshades:

• Orders can be cancelled from the moment they are placed up to 14 days after receiving your goods by emailing maria@lemonpiprenewed.co.uk.

• Items returned within 14 days of cancellation notification are issued a credit note. No credit notes or refunds after two months from delivery. Bespoke

• If the item arrives damaged, please notify me by email within 24 hours or receipt and provide photographs in order for me to kick off the insurance claim. In this instance, a replacement will be expedited and shipped to you at no additional cost. 

• The buyer is responsible for return postage unless otherwise agreed. Inform me of any damage within 24 hours of receipt with pictures.

 

Refunds Lampshades:

• Bespoke lampshades are non-refundable. Ensure accurate measurements before ordering to avoid returns. Free fabric swatches are available upon request.

Refunds Furniture:

• No returns or refunds. If the item arrives damaged, notify me within 24 hours by emailing maria@lemonpiprenewed.co.uk with pictures of the damage. Efforts will be made to resolve the issue and obtain insurance payment.

Return Postage:

• The buyer is responsible for the return postage unless otherwise agreed. Inform me of any damage within 24 hours of receipt with pictures.

 

Customisation and Orders Lampshades:

• Customization options are listed on the website. Bespoke orders involve a detailed consultation regarding sizes, hues, styles, lighting, and room ambience.

 

Customisation of Orders Furniture:

• Custom and commission furniture work involves a consultation to determine design, style, and room harmony before any work begins.
