Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

At LemonPip Renewed, we use Royal Mail for shipping within the United Kingdom, unless a client specifies a preference for courier delivery.

Our lampshades and vintage furniture pieces are packaged with utmost care to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep.

Lampshades:

• Packaging: Each lampshade is shipped in a double-layer, strong cardboard box, secured internally with structure in all four corners to minimize the risk of damage during transportation. The package is labeled “fragile” and includes detailed content descriptions.

• Inner Wrapping: Lampshades are wrapped in a special cellophane, leaving the attachment section free. This allows you to inspect the item without fully removing the protective wrapping in case a return is necessary.

• Insurance: We insure all shipments through Royal Mail at the point of shipment. If you require a courier service with insurance, please request this service specifically. We will arrange a courier and ensure the shipment is fully insured.

• Additional Fabric: For bespoke lampshades, any fabric remnants larger than 40 cm by 40 cm will be included with your shipment for your future projects.

Furniture:

• Couriers: We use trusted UK-based, family-run couriers who specialize in furniture transportation. Each item is photographed from every angle by both LemonPip Renewed and the courier before departure.

• Protection: The courier ensures full value coverage of the item and wraps it in blankets during transportation. Upon delivery, the courier will place the item in your desired location within your property.

If the item needs to be placed on a higher floor, please inform us at the time of order to ensure the courier is adequately prepared.

International Shipping (Lampshades Only)

We offer worldwide delivery for lampshades through a selection of renowned courier services that provide tracking and full insurance for all goods in transit. Lampshades:

• Packaging: As with domestic shipments, each lampshade is packaged in a double-layer, strong cardboard box with internal support structures and labeled as fragile.

• Customs: Most items fall below the threshold for additional customs fees upon arrival in your country. However, customs regulations can change, and you may be required to pay a small fee upon delivery, which is out of our control.

LemonPip Renewed cannot be held responsible for these additional charges.

Custom Orders and Special Instructions

If you have specific shipping preferences or need the item delivered to a particular floor or room within your property, please notify us at the time of order. We will coordinate with the courier to meet your requirements.

Damage and Issues

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, including pictures of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

For furniture and lampshades detailed photographs are required to process any insurance claims.
