Our lampshades use industry-standard rings suitable for UK, US, and EU fittings. A reducing ring is included to convert from a 39mm (ES27) to a 29mm bayonet fitting. These fit on American-style harp lamps but not on those requiring a lampshade carrier. The bulb holder is positioned 4cm from the bottom for lamps and 4cm from the top for ceiling pendants.

Note: Flex and fitting sets or table lamps are not included.

Yes, we do! We can create custom lampshades with various shapes that are not currently available on our website. 

We can also upcycle an existing frame that you might have and agree on the finish you’d like.

And, we can shop for a frame you’d love to have and discuss the finish.

We aim to ship your bespoke lampshade within 2-3 weeks during busy times. Once dispatched, delivery usually range from 3-10 days depending on your location.

With our furniture makeovers, the lead times are discussed at the point of design discussions being completed.

Absolutely! Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey right to your doorstep.

Once your beautiful piece is finished and it’s had the necessary time to cure so that it’s safe to transport, arrangements will be made with the courier and you to organise a convenient time. 

This can take anything between 3-10 days.

Updates are given throughout the entire process.

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Klarna and other secure payment methods to ensure a smooth and secure checkout experience for you.

You can cancel your order from the moment it’s placed and up to 14 days after receiving your goods by emailing maria@lemonpiprenewed.co.uk.

Return of items within 14 days of cancellation notification are issued a credit note after 14 days from delivery. No credit notes or refunds are given after two months.

Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged. Inform us of any damage within 24 hours of receipt, including pictures of the damage.
